And we train your team thoroughly so you're not dependent on us to operate the system long-term. The goal is for you to own it completely.
We evaluate what you have before recommending anything. In some cases we optimize existing systems; in others a rebuild is more efficient. About 10% of Growth Plan applicants qualify without completing the Growth Accelerator first — because their existing systems already meet our baseline standards. The audit tells us which situation you're in.
You own everything. All systems, automation workflows, login credentials, documentation, video walkthroughs, and SOPs belong to you. If we ever part ways, we provide a clean handoff with a transition support period — not a hard stop. We build things designed to outlast our involvement.
We guarantee our effort, expertise, and partnership — not specific revenue outcomes, because too many variables outside our control affect those. That said: if after 90 days on The Growth Plan you haven't seen measurable improvement in key metrics, and we've delivered everything promised, and you've implemented our recommendations — we'll work an additional 30 days at 50% rate, or part ways with a partial refund.
